Are we surprised that Nordstrom is a favorite among shoppers and Wal-Mart fell at the bottom of the list?
Market Force polled 4,300 consumers…and the survery revealed that Nordstrom is at the top of the favorite fashion retailers list. As far as composite loyalty, Nordstrom topped retailers including Kohl’s, T.J. Maxx, Macy’s and Dillard’s.
Walmart ended up with the worst scores in the market survey, with a loyalty score of 27 in comparison to Nordstrom’s score of 66. Just above Wal-Mart were WINNERS, Old Navy and Target. Does this come as a surprise to you?
